I build things from scratch — brands, creative studios, and campaigns that move revenue.    Over 30 years, I've held both seats: creative visionary and business operator. At Trane Technologies, I built their internal Creative Studio from zero to 60+ designers across graphic design, video, 3D/VR, and UX — earning the Presidential Award for Excellence in Growth and Innovation twice. 

Today, I'm running $2M in full-funnel digital marketing strategy across three home-services companies while serving as the embedded brand executive for Boom Island Brewing.    What makes me different: I'm equally comfortable presenting to the board and building the brand system. I've managed 60-person creative teams, and I've owned CAC, MQL/SQL reporting, and P&L accountability. I've won awards for creative work, and I've driven the pipeline numbers behind them.
